After PacifiCare launched their first plan designed for Seniors, Secure Horizons, they had equal and opposite needs: Increase membership-and consolidate marketing materials to reduce costs.

Undaunted, we took the case.

After a full audit of their lead-generation and fulfillment processes, we discovered that their most effective marketing partner was their sales team. And because sales people are busy people, our mission was to ensure that we provided each representative with in-depth, cohesive tools to market their products -without overwhelming them.

Our strategy: Simplify and integrate.

First, we worked with our client to refine the lead-generation and fulfillment processes. Then we created uniform, brand-consistent communications that could be templated and modified as needed. Finally, we built a single, easy-to-use portfolio to house the materials and make them easy to use - even by a busy sales person.

Communications were delivered both electronically and on paper to reduce time and technology constraints. And because all materials were designed to be off-the-shelf leveraging standard sizes, we were able to contain production costs and facilitate ease of reproduction.

We're proud to say that our client's entire sales team thought it was a great idea. So great, in fact, that consistent usage of the program was unprecedented. Feedback was overwhelmingly positive. And quarterly marketing spending reduction goals were met.

The net: We did, in fact, achieve opposite goals simultaneously. Our client saved money, increased attendance at their local events and improved their conversion rates.
