Directed award-winning DM campaigns for companies such as British Telecom and Nextel. Helped launch oodles of Internet startups. And opened the interactive division for Arnold Worldwide's west coast office.

As the internal creative advocate for our clients, he's also the most visually oriented copywriter you're ever likely to meet. He knows healthcare, he knows boomers and seniors, and he knows how to write great copy.
Robin Raff
Director of Strategy
Robin Raff has almost 25 years of direct marketing experience and has held senior management positions at many of the country's top direct marketing advertising agencies including Ogilvy & Mather Direct, Foote Cone & Belding Direct, Wunderman Cato Johnson, Grey Direct, and Hill, Holliday, Connors, Cosmopulos.
Since 1992, Robin has cultivated an expertise in healthcare marketing and marketing to baby boomers and seniors. At FCB Direct she provided strategic direction in the launch of FHP's Senior Care product. She then joined Age Wave Impact, an agency who specialized in serving clients targeting aging boomers and seniors. As SVP, Director of Client Services at Age Wave, she developed a comprehensive understanding of the mature market segment and their healthcare needs, concerns and motivators working on dozens of Blue Cross and Blue Shield plans throughout the country.
Robin’s most recent experience includes working with the mature market segment at Blue Shield of California where she developed the strategy for an integrated direct marketing Medicare campaign that exceeded their sales goals. Robin is passionate about the healthcare industry and in making sure that her clients succeed!
Chris Dunn
VP, Data Intelligence
Chris spearheads the data intelligence division, bringing over 20 years of experience in data management, data analytics and direct & database marketing in the healthcare, financial services, telecommunications and high-tech industries.
Previously, Chris was a principal and founding partner of thinkSmart LLC, a San Francisco based data management and application development firm implementing data warehouse and database marketing solutions for dozens of clients including Blue Shield of California, Verizon Wireless, Union Bank of California and Disney.
Chris has lead strategic initiatives in both the consumer and B2B market spaces with extensive experience in the insurance industry as a senior marketing manager at both Marsh (formerly Marsh McLennan) and Wells Fargo Insurance Services.
Kim Johnson
SVP/Account Director
Kim has 13 years of experience in direct response marketing across various industries and target segments. One of the longest-tenured members of the ECI Healthcare team, Kim has worked on a multitude of integrated campaigns for healthcare clients such as PacifiCare, Secure Horizons, FHP, CVS/Caremark and Blue Shield of California
Kim is the glue to every team she leads and her clients love how she is able to meet any deadline and goal with a smile. In addition to her healthcare experience, she's also been the Account Director for a number of large financial and technology companies. Her varied background provides broad perspective and key insights for ECI Healthcare campaigns.
